Curly Fry Meat Pie

a quicka nd easy casserole is always a welcome thing in htis day and age of hurry and rush. This casserole is inexpensive and a sure fire way to win over a hungry family
2 lbs stew meat or ground beef, drained
1 large can mixed vegetables
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can gravy (beef or turkey)
1 large can creamed soup, mushroom or chicken
1 large pkg curly fries
In a large dutch oven, brown the meat over a low heat.
Drain off any excess fat.
Pour in the soup and gravy. Mix in the vegetables and stir to blend.
top with the bag of curly fries.
Cover and place in a 400 degree oven. Bake for an hour or till bubbly.
Serve with a nice salad and hot, buttered biscuits
